Partnership Development Manager
- The Partnership Development Manager / Representative will drive iSC's growth by networking and building relationships with prospective universities, high schools, and educational enterprises. This role will be responsible for developing our partner ecosystem across North America. Working to identify strong prospective partners and to nurture early sales discussions through to close, understanding of technical requirements, onboarding, and project launch.
Experience : MBA with 4+ Years experience in any industry + analytics background
Work Location : Malad,Mumbai
Shift timings : 8 PM to 5 AM (IST)
Responsibilities and duties include :
- Deeply understands the needs, key drivers, and success factors of the client ,as well as the importance of driving customer value by connecting each of these customer groups.
- Identify, nurture, and close new institutional clients through a consultative sales approach. Developing new University partnerships that drive revenue and expand the iSC partner ecosystem.
- Identify and implement key areas for improvement in the sales, marketing, and product development process.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership and affiliate partner channels to develop and implement B2B lead generation and nurturing programs, including events, conferences, client visits, web, etc.
- Identify high school and community college partners who want to offer their students access to a powerful and personalized admissions platform to support their University decisions.
- Effectively manage and develop a B2B pipeline to meet projected team revenue goals.
- Drive requirement-gathering conversations and articulate the problem statement, find key success drivers, and formulate an action plan along with the technology and product leadership.
- Provide a technical as well as a business perspective to client conversations.
- Ability to operate in a high-growth global environment where we are still learning and evolving.
Requirement :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good listener.
- Some direct and relevant experience selling into or working in edtech or allied fields is highly desirable but not necessary
- Minimum of 4 years experience in sales/marketing or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse leadership audience.
- Understanding B2B sales and partnership development processes with a data-driven mindset are essential.
