iSchool Connect - Marketing Automation Specialist (3-9 yrs)
Requirements :
- Bachelor& degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent certifications or experience.
- 3+ years- experience in HubSpot and/or equivalent HubSpot certifications.
- Advanced Google G Suite/Workplace and Microsoft Office skills, such as Excel and Power BI.
- Experience compiling data and producing simple reports to inform others and satisfy operational needs.
- Active listener, clear communicator (verbal and written), strategic analyst / thinker and problem-solver, flexible, respectful, and calming co-worker.
Responsibilities :
HubSpot Administration :
- Configuration and management of HubSpot features in the detailed list below to implement our business processes.
- Collaborating with other developers on designing, configuring, and maintaining our HubSpot integrations.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure data sync, data integrity, and data consistency in our HubSpot environment.
- Evangelizing HubSpot, and training our team on the platform and features.
- Identifying areas where HubSpot can further improve our internal processes.
- Researching HubSpot's latest features / enhancements and the ecosystem to improve our business.
- Managing user provisioning, including transferring ownership of HubSpot objects during de-provisioning.
- Ensuring related data privacy and regulatory compliance, including NYDFS, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA and EU cookie regulations.
- Assisting with events, logistics, business analysis requests as needed.
Campaign Execution :
- Deploy engagement campaigns, using themes defined by marketing, distribution, and design teams, that meet our quality standards.
- Manage a content schedule in concert with our distribution team, targeting our prospects and partners.
- Optimize our marketing automation and nurturing processes with a multi-channel strategy.
- Establish analytics and revenue attribution strategy with our distribution team to continually refine our conversion process.
