ISB - Associate - Graphic Designer (3-8 yrs)
1. Use their creative abilities to conceptualize and execute design ideas
2. Work in line with digital initiatives of the School, he/she should support in designing and communicating all marketing and branding efforts for the Alumni Engagement department
Job Outline :
- Ideate and execute design concepts and marketing materials like campaign, emailers, social media posts, infographics, newsletter layouts and imagery, presentations, promotional videos, and other visual layouts using platforms like Adobe Suite, CRM systems, etc.
- Video creation/editing using Adobe premiere pro/Coral video studio or equivalents
- Conform to brand standards for consistency in visual identity, messaging and positioning; creatively and consistently reflect ISB's brand identity
- Create superior, original designs, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts for creatives and have awareness of current trends in the digital space
- Execute with agility, ability to think creatively and contribute ideas for campaign with quick turnaround
- Identify creative content style that engages and influences on various online platforms
- Supporting and organizing online and on-ground School and Alumni events
- Support webinars/virtual roundtables over online platforms in coordination with the IT/AV team
- Should be willing to work over weekends/late nights and travel for alumni events
- Additional support to the team across initiatives as and when required
Qualification - Graduate/Post-Graduate with certification in Adobe Creative Suite and Web Design.
Technical - Well versed with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Mail Chimp, Frontpage, HTML/HTML5, CSS, Webpage design and Photoshop, Mail Merge, Hitfilm pro/Coral Video, CRM systems
Behavioural - Good communications skills, both oral and written, are required. Team Player, good coordination skills, exceptionally well organized and responsible, ability to work independently and execute tasks end to end, self-motivated, willing to work extra hours and should be able to work in ambiguity and uncertainty, attention to detail.
Preferably 3-4 years of work experience and exposure to work with multiple stakeholders.
