What are we looking for :
We are looking for someone who is a marketing freak and can can think out of box, who knows how to create high-value marketing strategies in line with our product, understand our brand and how they can engage with their target audience in a creative way to promote and boost sales, understand the pulse of different marketing channels, and run excellent lead generation campaigns.
What you will be doing :
Brand Promotion, strategy and awareness :
1. You will own the development and execution of marketing campaigns and brand promotions, including content creation, new product launches, social media and sales enablement including tracking campaign results.
2. Bring the brand strategy to cultivate the brand story and passion and develop new initiatives for the business growth.
3. Create and maintain marketing program PIFs and Item Masters for seasonal promotional programs and new product introduction.
4. Handle large and small scale events with the defined account as per the marketing calendar by having 360 plans ( PR, ePR, media, social media and digital, forecast and sampling, events and CRM,sell out tracking and products on display on different POS)
6. Managing shoots (photo/ video) for online and offline by the door of events and promotions with qualitative executions to maximize commercial returns.
7. Strategize, implement and execute the plan and promotions to ensure the upcoming activities and marketing initiatives are successful.
8. Bring ideas and initiatives to engage PR and ePR.

4. Public Relations & Influencer Marketing
5. Brand Communications
6. Community management
7. Brand partnerships
8. Copywriting

Profile :
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
2. Someone with a previous exp. of 3-5 years in online companies or with brands handling online marketplaces.
3. Operational marketing experience within the cosmetics, personal care,or luxury beauty industry will be advantages.
4. Strong experience in some of the following areas: paid and owned marketing, user acquisition, PR, brand communications, content, CRM, community and event management.
5. Strong experience in executing paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
