Relationship Manager (Secured MSME Loans)
Key Result areas :
- Initiate one-on-one sales meetings with customers via door to door channel
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers by frequent visits and calls
- Grow the branch business by identifying new sales through quality sourcing
- Ensure timely collections from customers and relevant follow-up for bounces
- Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing customers
- Ensure timely completion of files login requirements
- Completion of training modules
- Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business
- Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner
