Job Description: Marketing Executive at iQuanti

Overview

This position is part of the core marketing team of iQuanti. The marketing team carries the mandate for conceptualizing and undertaking brand building activities for iQuanti as well as execute marketing programs to drive interest in services of iQuanti. This position will be involved in executing the marketing strategy of iQuanti by partnering extensively with the Business and Sales leadership to drive initiatives.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, high energy individual who has a passion for learning marketing. iQuanti provides great opportunities for lateral growth within the organization and the selected candidate would have the opportunity to work in various digital marketing roles in the long term.

Key Responsibilities

Drive scale in sales & outbound marketing

- Marketing automation, email campaign creation, execution and strategy - Using platforms like SalesForce /Marketo to create event, service, industry and geography specific e-mail campaigns for the sales team on an ongoing basis. Manage the quarterly newsletter outreach to clients and prospects.

- Sales Operations support with CRM management and support to revenue and account management team.

- Creating target specific contact and company lists, manage data, store company intelligence on CRM and float lists for account penetration, nurture and growth, using databases such as like LinkedIn and DiscoverOrg.

Marketing Analytics & program management

- Create and maintain a marketing performance dashboard for ongoing analysis of initiatives across channels such as email marketing, social, PR, other outbound channels etc.

- Liaise with partners such as PR agency, Telemarketing agency, SEO & Content team etc.

Qualifications

- 0-2 years of work experience in Sales or Marketing (not mandatory)

- Proven track record of working in fast paced environments

- Desirable to have working knowledge of digital tools such as SalesForce, Pardot

- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- MBA preferred

Key Skills Required

- Can do attitude, with a hunger to get things done and learn

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Good with numbers, analytical and solution oriented thinking

- Stakeholder management and coordination experience
