- Proven track record of exceeding targets in sales, > 1 year of experience in Sales or Freshers with Zeal to work.

- Overall experience must not be more than 10 years.

- Fluency in English /Hindi ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

- Ability to counsel an Individual Aspiring to give CAT

- Comfortable with changing shift timings so that we may serve our customers better.

- Comfortable with exceeding work timing based on process need.

- Minimum Qualification - Graduation.

- Working knowledge of Leadsquared or the zeal to Learn, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets ), and PowerPoint will be an added advantage.

- Initiating Conversations with the aspirants who are interested to prepare for the courses from iQuanta Via CALLS/ SMS / EMAILS/ZOOM meets.

- Immediate joiners are preferred. Must have 1 month or less notice period.

- Reaching Optimum Talk time of 3 to 3.5 Hours or 120 to 150 Calls with maximum connects.

- Counselling and making Students interested in Taking up the course and also making sure of Student Retention.
