Position - Customer Support Executive (Male / Female)
Location - All Major Metro cities
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities -
Candidate will be responsible for tele calling prospective customers (from our existing database) and fixing up appointments for the business development team. Job profile would also include providing of online support services to existing customers.
Compensation Offered - As per industry standards and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
Candidates Profile :
Ideal candidates for this position should have 1-5 years experience in Customer Support / tele-marketing. Candidates having prior experience with online / offline broking firms will be preferred. Knowledge of commodity and stock market is a must. Knowledge of Technical Analysis is a pre-requisite.
Customer Support Executives willing to work on shifts will be an added advantage.
