IoTechWorld - Manager - Institutional Sales - Agricultural Drone (5-10 yrs)
Company : Agricultural Drone Manufacturing Company. Drone is flying machine which is used in agriculture for spraying pesticides, fertilizers and survey using different sensors.
Responsibilities :
1. Work independently in INSTITUTIONAL SALES section, achieve growth and hit sales targets
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
4. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
5. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Qualification :
1. MBA in Sales from reputed Institute.
2. Should have proven sales track record in same or similar industry.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer convincing skills.
4. Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
5. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
