iONE - Senior Executive/Account Manager - Business Development (0-4 yrs)
We are looking forward to hire Senior Business Development Executive/Account Manager.Key Roles and Responsibilities in this role include:
Essential Skills Required :
- Lead Generation
- Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual target to maintain bottom-line and topline
- Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations, including IT equipment and service packages
- Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients
- Demonstrates IT equipment/Software to highlight product benefits
- Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
- Account Mapping and Stakeholder Management
- Account mining and up selling
- Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals
- Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance
Good to Have: Knowledge of selling IT Products
Soft Skills - Interpersonal Skills, Technical Skills, Computer literacy, Communication Skills
Qualifications : Master's degree in Business, Marketing or IT would be ideal
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
