Invock - Executive - Business Development (0-5 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
1. Identify partnership opportunities; build and grow partnerships with software resellers in Mumbai to generate and convert leads
2. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand (these could be the various channel partners)
3. Build and improve the process of lead generation to lead conversion
4. Ensure client satisfaction by program managing activities of various functions and ensure the right value is delivered to the client
5. Maintain accurate records of the various leads in different stages and send weekly reports on the progress to founders and team
6. Handle day-to-day interactions with consumers through messages & calls and all consumer complaints
7. Visit existing clients (in Mumbai) to build relationships at their outlets twice a week
