Job Summary :


We're looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to drive sales through lead generation, cold calling, and site visits. You'll build client relationships, showcase properties, and facilitate transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new leads through various channels.

- Cold Calling : Conduct outreach to potential clients and follow up to build interest.

- Site Visits : Schedule and lead property viewings, highlighting features and benefits.

- Client Interaction : Provide personalized service, address concerns, and guide clients through transactions.

- Sales and Negotiation : Prepare offers and negotiate terms to close deals.

- Market Research : Stay updated on market trends and property values.

- Administrative Duties : Maintain client records, prepare reports, and collaborate with marketing.

Qualifications :

- Experience in real estate sales or similar roles.

- Strong skills in lead generation and cold calling.

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
