Product Support Specialists at InvestWell are responsible for Onboarding new companies and teach them best practices on using InvestWell. We believe that great people make great companies and that starting with the customer and working backward moves us forward. We aim to delight users with friendly and
helpful Support, gathering feedback to drive improvements to our products.

What you'll do:

- Act as a single point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedbacks, requests etc.

- Learn topics from subject matter experts and interact with Product Managers to properly educate the InvestWell user community.

- Wield the English language to simplify complicated Financial topics.

- Categorize and solve customer issues.

- Recognize and escalate potential problems.

- Ensuring adherence to SLAs and devise training to improve key metrics.

- Actively contribute to InvestWell's knowledge base by identifying common issues and creating self help articles.

- Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.

We are looking for people who:

- Previous experience in Financial Services Industry

- Passed the NISM V Exam for Mutual Fund Distributors and hold an active ARN number

- Love writing, and can do so quickly and clearly.

Feel comfortable with financial concepts, have great analytical skills, and can explain how

InvestWell works to a range of audiences.

- Will empathize with users and quickly grasp the issues they- re facing.
