Job Position: Sales Executive
Job Description:
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the life-cycle of a real estate transaction
- Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts as well as with old clients.
- Reporting to the team leader and Manager regarding daily follow ups and promotional activity plannings.
- Interact with the clients and accompany them on Site Visits.
- Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines.
- Aptitude for Customer Service Delivery.
Key Responsibility Area:
- Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization.
- Report on sales activities to top management.
- Making follow up calls to confirm meetings.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Manage end to end relationship including pitching, negotiation
