Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed in the competitive real estate market. The role involves end-to-end sales responsibilities, including cold calling, lead nurturing, and closing deals for properties. The candidate should be comfortable with domestic travel as per business requirements.


Key Responsibilities :

Sales Generation :

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients for property sales.


Lead Management :

- Follow up on leads provided by the company promptly and efficiently. Nurture leads through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.


Client Engagement :

- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers. Address client queries and concerns to facilitate the sales process.


Negotiation and Closure :

- Negotiate terms of sale to achieve the best possible outcome for both the company and the client. Close deals efficiently and effectively, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.


Market Research :

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Provide insights and feedback to the management team to optimize sales strategies.


Travel :

- Be willing to travel within Gurgaon as required for client meetings, property inspections, and business development activities.


Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


- Proven track record of at least 6 month in real estate sales, preferably in domestic property sales.


- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented approach.


- Strong networking abilities and the confidence to build relationships with high- net-worth individuals.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


- Willingness to travel domestically as per business requirements.


- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is desirable.
