About the Company :
- We are a team of experts from premiere B-Schools with a profound industry experience and a zeal of utilizing our skills of identifying and evaluating fundamentals of the company for the Retail and HNI Clients and help them achieve higher returns by offering them services in Financial Planning, Risk Evaluation, Goal Planning, Investment Planning, Asset Allocation, etc. with an intention of generating prodigious returns for our investors by keeping their Risk appetite in alignment with their expectations of financial goals.
- We are developing a Robo Advisory Investment Platform which will reduce dependence on human capital and would also avoid bias recommendations provided by distributors by offering Direct Plans of Mutual Funds to the investors. All the recommendations made by us would be evaluated and analyzed fundamentally i.e. by assessing Management team, Profitability, future prospects, etc. of the company
Job Responsibilities :
- Acquire new clients for Equity Advisory, Mutual Funds Advisory and Portfolio Management Services through networking, database, and references.
- Responsible to generate fees primarily through advising clients on their portfolio for long-term investments in stocks, Mutual Funds for medium/ long term.
- To Develop and maintain End to end / long-term customer relationship management.
- Meet Non-Trading Customers and reactivate them.
- Sell online accounts to customers and encourage them to trade online.
- To keep abreast with the market knowledge and market intelligence.
- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
- Ensure that customers remain an active investor after partnering with us.
- To enhance the profitability of the business by ensuring cross-selling of other products of the organization like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management, etc.
- Analyze client portfolios and make necessary suggestions. This includes comprehensive financial planning and asset allocation and accordingly advising clients on investment products and services like Mutual Funds, Insurance or PMS Etc.
Prerequisites:
- Any Post Graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in this Industry.
- Should have strong working knowledge of Trading, Demat, Brokerage, Equity, and Derivatives, Mutual Funds etc.
- Ability to lead, influence & collaborate.
- Strong business & financial acumen.
- Relationship Management.
- HNI Client acquisition.
- Portfolio Management.
- A competent person, ready to take Entrepreneurship challenge
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-organized and takes ownership of tasks in a fast-paced live environment
