Investment Specialist - Sales- Branch Banking (7-10 yrs)
Strategic / Managerial Responsibilities
- Driving Investment Products through Relationship Managers of Branches
- Assist in investment portfolio asset allocation of customers
- Handholding clients & RMs on all investment products MF, AIF, PMS, SIP, Broking, Bonds, SBG, etc
- Ensure robustness, scalability & sustainability of investment business in channels to build AUM(Investments & Margin book- Broking ) & SIP book
Core responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving channels Investment Fee, Sales, AUM, SIP & Broking targets
- Key person to handle Investment & brokerage partnerships at regional level
- Identifying right investment product for each customer basis his profile
- Conduct product training and empower sellers to deepen engagement on investment products
- Ensuring Market Update calls are done on regular basis
- Client calls along with RM to source investments
- Increasing penetration of existing client base to create new investment customers
- Increase AUM & SIP book
- Portfolio Review, Monitoring, etc
- Regular interaction with product providers locally for market updates, feedback, etc
- Ensure Licensing requirements are fulfilled & enhance activation & productivity of RMs
- Handling & responding to investment queries of RMs & Clients
- Responsible for business quality in terms of leakage, drop out, cancellations, SIP persistency, etc
Technical Experience
- Good understanding of wealth products/ Demat + Trading a/c
- Must be NISM-AMFI certified, candidates with PMS certification will be preferred
- Good understanding of asset allocation & goal planning
- Strong analytical skills, Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power point
Non-Technical Experience
- Team player
- Good interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements

Educational / Professional
- Qualification Post-graduation Preferred / C.A. / CFA
