Investment Relationship Manager - Sales - Banca Channel (2-5 yrs)
This role focuses on managing and enhancing relationships with banking partners, driving investment product sales, and delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to promote and sell investment products.
- Provide training and support to bank staff to ensure effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Address client queries and provide personalized investment advice to meet their financial goals.
- Analyze market trends and product performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements :
- Candidate must be Bachelor.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in investment sales or relationship management, with a strong understanding of the bancassurance model.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze investment options and provide tailored recommendations.
