Investment Advisor - Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
- Investment Officers are required to have at least 2-3 years of experience in client facing relationship functions.
- Preference given to candidates with similar work profile with Financial Institutions and Distribution houses.
- The services offer Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, REIT, InvT, Deposits, Bonds, Structured Investments, Risk Management solutions and Loan facilities to our valued investors
Work Summary :
- Must be presentable, flexible, willing to learn, detail oriented, highly organized and professional with the ability to multi-task and adhere to the highest ethical standards.
Principal Duties :
- Make regular service-oriented calls to qualified individuals.
- File and maintain client documents.
- Gather, organize and prepare marketing material and manage periodic mailings.
- Prospecting and contacting qualified individuals, understand their financial needs, gauge their level of investment interest, schedule appointments or send marketing material.
- Process investment mandates speak to investors to gather personal, financial information and prepare all necessary investment documents.
- Flexible with work schedule, extra hours may be required when client demands.
- Ability to travel within the state for client appointments.
- Manage your clients and provide timely response to their questions and requests.
- Comply with Company policies, procedures and compliance rules and regulations.
- Must be able to qualify any certifications that may be mandated by SEBI, IRDA & AMFI rules and regulations.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Regional Investment Manager and the Head Sales.
