Investment Advisor - Bank (5-10 yrs)
- Source new current accounts
- Ensure that KYC (Know Your Customer) norms are met
- Determine the constitution of variant i.e., the type of enterprise and kinds of account like Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
- Ensure that for every account sourced current documentation is complete from that particular account account like Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Article of Association (AOA)]
- Facilitate the client on exports and imports
- Build a healthy GL book - Current Account and Fixed deposit
- Build a healthy asset base - Secured and unsecured loans; seamless and superior service delivery, compliance with key regulatory and bank level requirements; achieving the target set on Current Accounts, Trade/Forex and Business Loans
- Take balance sheet audit: Auditor's notes and profit & loss account of the entity as per the Indian Accounting rules
- Working Capital: To apply Maximum Permissible Bank Finance (MPBF) for assessment of the working capital to calculate the limit
- Receive collateral from client in form of security
- International Trade: Facilitate clients in exchanging of currency by completing the formats in terms of papers (which is mandatory as per the norms)
Deliverables:
- Ensure the collection of fee from Branch Operation Manager Commercial
- Maintain CASA float (Current Account-Savings Account) of High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) to avoid any risk like devaluation of properties (securities)
- Visit with Wealth Managers to their clients for joint calls
- Provide training and knowledge related to wealth markets to the Relationship Managers
Product/Customer Handled:
- Current Accounts, Trade and Forex products, business loans
- High Net worth/ Business Banking clients
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to research information from various sources on Business Banking and process the information to make informed decisions
- Knowledge and understanding of Business Banking products and legislation
- Ability to ensure compliance through regular process checks and self-audit scores
- Managing relationships to improve relationship value of existing customers
- Ability to coach and train the wealth managers
