Investacc - Executive - Business Development (1-4 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
1. Work on being accountable for the acquisition of corporate clients
2. Work on identifying customer/client needs and assessing their risk
3. Work on providing Insurance Planning advice to new clients
4. Work on active interaction with clients and advising them on their insurance portfolio and acting as an interface between POS (point of sales) and clients
5. Work on achieving monthly targets as assigned by the organization
6. Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required
7. Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance products or renew existing ones
8. Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
9. Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable insurance plans
10. Collect information from clients on their risk profiles to offer them the proper solution
11. Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports
