Invenzo Labs - Executive - Customer Success (1-2 yrs)
- Any male graduate with BA/BCom/BSc etc with 1-2 yrs of experience
- The person should have two wheeler and should be willing to travel
- Should be proficient in MS Excel, Word and prefer to have knowledge on ecommerce
- Should have a good communication skills and should know to communicate in English, Hindi, Kannada
Responsibilities
1. Meet with clients to explain software product
2. Onboard the clients and help them upload data into system
3. Drive usage of the software product
4. Upload products for client when required (data entry)
5. 50% of the time will be spent with clients and remaining time will be in data entry for clients. Travel within Bangalore is required.
