Job Summary :
Maintaining good relationship with bus operators to increase occupancy, improve service standards to customers.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a complete understanding of the client profile prior to entering into business partnership
- Meet sales targets set and ensure a steady increase in numbers throughout the year
- Build company profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns
- Provide strategic inputs based on market demands.
- Meeting all our partners to understand any issues or concerns intimated by them.
- Trained the bus operator to utilize the product offering available from redBus
- Capture relevant data and generate timely MIS
Required knowledge, skills and abilities :
- Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
- Two Wheeler is a must.
- Good command over Local language.
- Age Limit between 21 to 26 years only.
