- Responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
- Work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
- Provide support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with the services provided
- Gather feedback from their customers, and analyse customer data to identify the best practices.
- Establish Upsell, cross-selling, expansion and upgrades with the customers throughout their journey
- Develop and manage client portfolios.
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
- Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.
- Hold product demonstrations for customers.
- Improve on-boarding processes.
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Minimize customer churn.
- Aid in product design and product development.
