Communications Specialist for Customer Service Department for E-Commerce Division :
Job Summary & Role :

Hours 1330 - 2330 (Mon to Fri)
Responsibilities :
- Communicate directly with our US customers to ensure their experience is completely positive via email & phone.
- Connect with each customer to create a memorable and personalized experience.
- Think critically to solve all customer pain points in the shopping process.
- Connect with vendors & shipping carriers for all customer related issues.
