Intrakraft - Senior Sales Professional (2-4 yrs)
Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly selling ERP systems to the fashion and apparel industry. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with senior management roles, possess excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi, and have substantial field experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the fashion and apparel market with our ERP solutions.
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Client Engagement : Engage with senior management roles within potential client organizations to understand their needs and present tailored ERP solutions.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our ERP systems.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 3-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling ERP systems or software solutions to the fashion and apparel industry.
- Language Skills : Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Field Experience : Significant field sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior management.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to understand and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-Motivated : Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the fashion and apparel industry, including current trends and challenges.
- Networking : Established network within the fashion and apparel industry.
