We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Marketing cum Campaign Management Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performance/paid marketing, specializing in Facebook, Google, and Affiliate Channels. The ideal candidate will have a knack for driving user acquisition and revenue growth through targeted campaigns. Experience in reaching international audiences and familiarity with the web3 domain will be highly valued.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, and affiliate channels to drive user acquisition, conversion and revenue growth.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates and implement strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and target international audiences, leveraging cultural insights and localization strategies where applicable.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets tailored to diverse audience segments.
- Utilize A/B testing methodologies and data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance, improve user engagement, and enhance conversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in performance marketing and web3 concepts.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in performance/paid marketing roles, demonstrating successful campaign management and achievement of KPIs.
- Experience in paid digital marketing across various platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Twitter, Google (AdWords), and Gmail.
- Experience in targeting and acquiring international audiences is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with web3 concepts, blockchain technology and decentralized platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and other marketing analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
