About the Job:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent customer service Sales skills to join our team. Our Customer Sales Support Associates will provide Multi-level assistance by diagnosing and solving the issues with the goal of providing the best solution and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Interaction with the customers and handle all the issues from end to end via Chats.
- Generating Leads.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for promotions and negotiations.
- Upselling and Cross selling.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers in solving the issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quick and effectively build the rapport with the customers, diagnose and resolve issues.
- Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times.
Key Skills:
- Candidates with a good understanding of Ecommerce websites with min 6 months of Sales Experience
- Possessing good verbal, written communication and comprehension skills
- Good Team player and exceptional Typing speed
- Excellent Interpersonal and Intrapersonal skills
Eligibility Criteria :
- Must be a Graduate
- Minimum 6 Months work experience into Customer Sales support (domestic or International)
- Immediate Joiners preferred
- Willing to work in rotational Night Shifts.
