About The Job :
- We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Our Customer Support Associates will provide Multi-level assistance by diagnosing and solving the issues with the goal of providing the best solution and customer satisfaction.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Interaction with the customers and handle all the issues from end to end via Chats, Emails and Voice communication
- Go to the extra mile to engage customers in solving the issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Quick and effectively buildthe rapport with the customers, diagnose and resolve issues
- Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times
Key Skills :
- Candidates with a good understanding of Ecommerce websites.
- Possessing good verbal, written communication and comprehension skills
- Good Team player and exceptional Typing speed
- Excellent Interpersonal and Intrapersonal skills
Eligibility Criteria :
- Undergraduates ( No Backlogs ) and above ( Not pursuing any regular studies )
- Minimum 6 Months work experience into customer support and also fresher with A1 communication skills are also welcomed
- Immediate Joiners preferred
- Willing to work in rotational shifts ( Mostly Night and Late Night shifts )
