Intileo Technologies - Sales/Product Trainer (8-12 yrs)
Position : Product Trainer/Sales Trainer
Reporting to : Technical Excellence Head/ Management
Job Description :
- This incumbent will be responsible for developing & delivering training programs related to a company's product & services. Working closely with HODs and stakeholders to ensure that their training programs accurately reflect the latest features & functionality of the company's offerings.
1. Design, develop/maintain and deliver curricula, documentation, other training collateral etc. and training calendar for different sales/product modules and processes.
2. Serve as a single point of contact for all sales/product training and any technical content needs.
3. Work as sales/product matter experts to identify target audience's training needs.
4. Proactive usage of training tools, using new age technology, to deliver training to customer facing teams on an ongoing and sustainable basis.
5. Responsible for following training calendar and organizing employee technical sales/product learning programs and supporting collaterals
6. Develop different training content using tools such as training decks, documents, flow charts, videos with voice-overs, etc.
