InterviewBit - Executive - Performance Marketing (2-3 yrs)
Preferred Experience :
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record
- At Least 1 years of experience in launching and scaling a product in Indian market
- Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial venture in the education space is not compulsory but would be a big plus
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic :
- Build a strong digital marketing strategy to help Scaler reach its target audience at scale to deliver growth at optimum costs in US
- Define target audiences, channel strategy, and creation of an operating model to deliver results against business growth targets
- Strategize, plan and execute best-in-class campaigns across channels
- Create & drive strategy with the right prioritisation of initiatives to deliver the highest returns on marketing spends
- Own performance marketing budgets and business results
Technical :
- Build a digital marketing portfolio which is agile in nature to meet dynamic business needs
- Create, execute and optimise campaigns end-to-end
- Build a pipeline of multiple experiments in digital marketing to drive growth to bring CAC down with a steady focus on quality user growth
Analytical :
- Analyze user funnels and optimize it for maximum conversion
- Continuously track and measure campaign level, ad-set level and ad level performance and come up with actionable insights
- Drive and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc. on daily basis and prepare performance reports
- Acquire insights about online marketing trends in the industry, best practices and keep strategies up-to-date to optimize spend and performance
Collaborative :
- Work with the design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimised for conversion, relevance and customer preferences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modify activity and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations and plans
