Internet Moguls - Social Media Specialist (1-4 yrs)
- Ideate creative ideas for social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+ and Pinterest.
- Create campaigns, contest and promotional plans for various social media channels.
- Work according to brand guidelines and make strategies for online promotions of respective brands.
- Online reputation management.
- Work closely with the design team to get graphics made and customized as per brand guidelines.
- Generate, edit and publish daily content on respective brand pages.
- Meeting clients and covering events for Social Media.
- Create and implement Social Media Optimization & Social Media Marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to generate traffic and increase brand value for clients. E.g. Profile creation, fan page optimization, content sharing & promotion on FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest & YouTube.
- Use web analytics tools, namely Google Analytics, for geographic and qualitative tracking of incoming traffic.
- Create groups & Manage communities across SM platforms.
- Respond to client queries and requests on SM platforms. Monitor accounts for discussions and decrease response time.
- Actively monitor and implement Online Brand Reputation Management.
- Function as the subject matter expert on the client's brand and their social media presence.
- Network in niches and industries related to the clients brand and build strong relationships with the audience.
- Staying abreast with all social media trends and practices and development related to accounts being handled.
- Work cross functionally to develop appropriate content, if required.
- Ensure the successful end-to-end execution of social media campaigns.
- Manage a team of social media executives & Asst. Managers.
- Frequent reviews and monitoring of existing social media channels to ensure campaign improvement.
- Prepare presentations for new client proposals.
- Develop, execute, monitor and improve social media strategies for clients and in-house projects.
- Develop, execute and manage workflow processes.
- Strategize and lead community outreach with the social media team.
- Work with the in-house SEO and PPC teams to build and manage an active blogger outreach program and build brand ambassadors.
- Monitor and evaluate trends in social media, application and tools.
