Educational Qualification : B.Com with 4-6 Yrs of Experience as Sales Coordinator in a reputed Manufacturing Company & Should be proficient in Tally ERP Software, MS Word & Excel etc.

Note: Candidates staying Bhandup, Mulund & Thane or near by areas preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.

- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.

- Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested

- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy timeliness and Authorization.

- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

- Monitor the progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.

- Sales Report every month Location Wise Sales Person.

- Full fill Sales Person Enquiry related rates and products.

- The quality issue to attend

- Sample dispatch updates to customers

- Arranging review meetings with reports

- Preformat Invoice / Dispatch Report delay discussion.

- Customer visits for orders and new development inquiries.

- Factory visit to sort out issues internal if any.
