International Telesales Executive (1-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales and achieving revenue targets by reaching out to international clients via phone and email. Y


- ou will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in international markets to sell products/services.

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.

- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Market Research:

- Identify new leads and opportunities through market research and customer interaction.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Sales Targets:

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

- Maintain a high conversion rate of leads to sales.

Communication:

- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving performance.

- Ensure accurate and timely updates of sales activities in the CRM system.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in international markets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

- Fluency in [language(s) required for the role].

- Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
