International Sales Specialist - Business Development - Chemical Business (3-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for client's products & services for the US market focusing on the Personal Care and Flavors and Fragrance Industry.
- Generate high-quality leads through cold-calling, cold emailing, attending physical & virtual conferences, social media outreach etc.
- Set ambitious revenue targets, work with cross-functional teams to over-deliver and implement sales and market strategy in line with global directives for Chemical Sales
- Negotiate long-term contracts with (& act as an advisor to) key accounts
- Develop proposals & presentations for new business opportunities/deals
- Manage existing customers, handle key accounts and explore to upsell opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by being process oriented, with operational efficiency and excellent communication skills
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in sales/business development along with extensive industry exposure and a strong network within the Chemical sector.
- Experience of International Sales in the US Market
- Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skills
- Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams. Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen and good network
