International Sales Role - IT/Marketing Services (1-2 yrs)
Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Representative with a strong focus on cold calling to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients across various international markets, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
Key Responsibilities :
Cold Calling :
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in international markets to introduce the company's products/services.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Schedule meetings and follow-up calls to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Sales Development :
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
- Research and understand market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to tailor sales pitches effectively.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure continuous business growth.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy and Reporting :
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for international markets.
- Track and report on sales activities, outcomes, and performance metrics using CRM software.
- Provide feedback and insights on sales trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to senior management.
Requirements :
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an international setting and with a focus on cold calling.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Skills and Abilities :
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.
- Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Other Qualifications :
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
- Ability to travel internationally if required.
- Strong understanding of cultural differences and how they impact sales processes.
