International Sales Role - IT (1-4 yrs)
Role & responsibilities
- Taking IT Sales calls(video/telephonic) for Domestic and International markets.
- Respond to clients/prospects' queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Responsible for handling queries, and appropriate assistance for Domestic and International clients/prospects.
- Onboard clients by getting relevant information and following the SOP diligently.
- Understanding the client's requirements, effectively communicating solutions to their queries, and following up with them as needed.
- Be the touchpoint between the client and the technical team
- Escalate issues to the right person promptly.
- Gather feedback and share it with our Technical, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Retain clients and maintain strong relationships with them
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI marketing/sales tools and technologies.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1+ years of experience in the US /International IT Sales
- Grad or undergraduate with good skills and fluency in English.
- Basic understanding of B2B and SaaS
- Should be Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Keeping the clients engaged through the onboarding process
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases and calls
