Your performance as a Sales Assistant Manager will be evaluated based on:

Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Sales Execution : Implement the regional sales strategy and drive sales activities to meet or exceed targets.
2. Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the Middle East.
3. Client Relations : Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Sales Support : Assist the Sales Manager in developing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
5. Team Coordination : Collaborate with the regional sales team to align efforts and achieve shared objectives.
6. Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
7. Budget Management : Assist in managing the sales budget for the region, ensuring efficient use of resources.
8. Training and Development : Participate in training programs and provide support to junior team members.
9. Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regional legal requirements.
10. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to support sales initiatives.
Requirements :
1. Education : Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (along with MBA is an advantage)
2. Experience : Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with a focus on the Middle Eastern market.
3. Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Understanding of the cultural and business landscape of the Middle East.
4. Languages : Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
5. Travel : Willingness to travel within the Middle East region as required.
