International Sales Role - BPO (2-8 yrs)
International Sales Social Media Chat Support
Responsibilities :
- We need someone who has work for Social Media platform like Instagram/Facebook for minimum international chat sales profile.
- Responsible for own as well as team sales performance
- Responsible for smooth functioning of inter-departmental work flow
- Responsible for business development planning and implementing strategies
- Provides on-going feedback to help develop and train Client Service Executives to encourage, motivate and improve their performance.
- Randomly monitor Client Service Executive calls to ensure client standards are being maintained.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to client account management
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives
- Working on post-production.
- Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship within key account clients and internal team of organization
