- Responsible for UK client, handling queries, appropriate assistance.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and em-pathetically.
- Following up with customers for any further information.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools.
- Should be flexible with the shifts.
Eligibility:
- Good skills and fluency in English.
- Should have Minimum 1Year of experience in International Voice Process
