Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager with 8+ years of expertise in sales, outreach campaigns, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and building relationships with new customers and partners across assigned geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.

- Oversee outreach campaigns and ensure high engagement and conversions.

- Lead and mentor a team of SDRs, monitoring performance and setting targets.

- Build strong customer and partner relationships, driving successful negotiations.

- Travel to assigned regions for business meetings, events, and networking.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

- Analyze sales performance and provide data-driven insights to management.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years in sales with experience managing SDR teams.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in CRM and outreach tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Zoho, Apollo.io).

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.

- Willingness to travel for business expansion opportunities.

- Telecommunications industry, dialer company, international sales, middle east countries
