Job Overview :
We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our growing call center team as After Sales & Installation Support Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers throughout the solar system installation process and beyond. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, coordinate installations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in international sales (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge and experience in solar sales, including understanding of solar products and market trends.
- Strong cold calling skills with the ability to generate leads and build relationships with potential international clients.
- Excellent business development skills to identify new market opportunities and drive growth.
- Experience in international calling with the capacity to communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a target-based environment with a strong focus on achieving sales goals and targets.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and partnerships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our international market presence and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and engage with potential international clients through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term business growth and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.
