Key duties include :
- Acquiring new clients and converting leads from various channels.
- Developing short- and long-term sales plans to achieve objectives Meeting revenue goals in line with organizational targets.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Obtaining referrals to expand the sales pipeline.
- Managing customer relationships and addressing their needs. Recognizing customer feedback to improve product portfolio.
- Managing key accounts and developing new ones
- Overseeing pre- to post-sales support activities
- Generating reports and optimizing sales operations for maximum client satisfaction.
