International Sales Executive (2-5 yrs)
1. Placed outbound international tele sales calls to prospective customers in designated regions.
2. Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.
3. Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
5. Listen to customer needs and objections, address concerns, and overcome objections to close sales.
6. Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
7. Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
8. Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
9. Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through WhatsApp chats & emails.
