Job Description :
1. Candidate must be from Reputed IPC.
2. Candidates must have 7 to 10 years of experience in the sales of real estate.
3. Candidate must have experience of commercial estate transaction/ capital market transaction.
4. Must have good links with HNI, NRI, corporates, institutes.
5. Possess good communication skills & confidence.
6. Proven sales record.
7. Well acquainted with Delhi & NCR Market.
8. Must have dealt with preleased properties.
9. Sales experience along with leasing would be adding an advantage.
10. Candidate must achieve the given sales target.
11. Candidates must provide the insight of business development in extreme Difficult situations as well.
