International Marketing Role - Healthcare/ Hospitals (2-10 yrs)
Urgent requirement :
International Business Delhi / NCR Region. He will be driving International business through local facilitator - which means he will map the Medical tourism cos., local facilitators d/b, set up his meeting and meet the Facilitator/Medical Tourism cos/reps and promote / source business for Medicover. Preferably he should have worked in similar profile. He should be from International business only. He should have traits of a Sales person and conceptually pretty strong.
Understanding of Basic Principles of Marketing and Marketing management executions and their Practical Implementation.
- Develop the marketing strategy in terms of Customer Insight, Competition Mapping, Positioning and brand proposition in line.
- Reinforce the brand positioning and customer benefits.
- Provide clear direction and priority to the team in terms of defining and meeting objectives.
- Must be able to set a vision and intent in terms of creating benchmark initiatives.
Promotion of product and services:
- Ideate new and innovative marketing campaigns for new customer acquisition. Craft simple and impactful messaging and positioning of products. Ensure pull based creative appeal.
- Support the product team in their product launch and internal recognition programs.
- Coordinate with agencies for creating campaigns for specific business objectives for existing and new customers.
- Undertake research through field visits or agencies to develop customer insights.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, product managers and internal stakeholders for briefs, approval of copy and content of collaterals.
Communication:
- Need to have strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Must be conversant with digital and social media marketing space.
- Should have good people management skills for interacting with various functions and across levels.
- Design high quality presentations for senior management on various initiatives and campaigns.
