Sales Executive
Location - Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi
CTC - 2 Lakh to 7Lakh
Experience - 3 years to Above.
Key Areas & Responsibilities :
- To expand upon the existing business of the company by generating new clientele
- Manage daily response for sales calls & generated enquiries.
- Corporate Presentation for Global & Pan India Contracts.
- Managing appropriate quality and quantity in all service lines to meet the targets.
- Project Cost Analysis & estimation to accuracy.
- Planning of customer's relocation process.
- Team Management - Retain appropriate staff levels.
- Performance assessment - Monitoring Sales & quality on each project.
- Reporting - Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports & MIS (Quality of calls & no of enquiries generated and closed), Targets (Projected & Achieved), Performance reports (Individual & Branch Performance)
- Handl Escalated issues, interact with clients as in case of new updates and critical issues and client redressel.
- Report on weekly Volume in business terms (Booking & Revenue), Daily reporting, Summary reports, recognizing development areas and opportunities.
- Independent creation of SOP and Process flows for business
- Setting up of CTQ (Customer to Quality) depending upon the status & revenue generation from the move or client.
- Handling the team to meet the Targets & set SLA (Service Level Agreements)
- Motivating & assessing Representatives in handling & resolving client issues effectively.
