International Customer Support Role (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking a dedicated International Customer Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in assisting employers and recruiters globally in hiring top talent through our job portal. As part of our customer support team, you will ensure a seamless experience by addressing queries, providing solutions, and guiding users throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide multilingual customer support to employers and recruiters using the job portal, ensuring effective communication across diverse regions.
- Assist with job posting creation, optimization, and troubleshooting to attract qualified candidates.
- Guide recruiters in candidate search, matching, and application tracking processes.
- Offer insights on international hiring regulations, visa processes, and relocation requirements.
- Resolve issues related to account management, subscription services, payments, and platform navigation.
- Deliver exceptional support through email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Stay updated on global recruitment trends to provide informed advice and solutions to customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven 1 year experience in international customer support,
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
- Knowledge of global hiring practices, employment laws, and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and online platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport and foster trust. Cab will be provided upto 25 km Location Will be Hitech City
