1. Seek, process and execute client requests and orders
2. Answer queries regarding services, processes and if required direct them to the production team on a timely basis
3. Assist clients to use the services and keep them updated about new offers and services
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
5. Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction service order placed etc
6. Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
