KRA :
- Handling client through Email/call.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to client account management
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives
- Working on post production.
- Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship within key account clients and internal team of organization
